Accepted payment methods

We accept payments securely through Stripe, which supports major debit and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

Currency

All prices on will-nixon.uk are listed in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable.

When you're charged

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully completed.

Payment security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers — your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank if the issue continues. If you're unsure why a payment failed, contact us at support@will-nixon.uk.

Order errors

In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we'll notify you by email if this happens.
