Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to more destinations in the future.

Order processing (handling time)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery (transit time)

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping cost

A flat shipping rate of £7.00 (GBP) applies to all orders within the UK.

Order tracking

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@will-nixon.uk with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@will-nixon.uk as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
